About the Program

Due to increased client demand we are currently looking for 2 x Administration Officers to join our Carer Support program based in Camberwell.

Our Carer Support program is designed to provide a range of respite, social & wellbeing services to individuals caring for a member or members of their family.

As an Administration Officer you will be the first point of contact for people seeking support – such as information and advice of appropriate referral pathways. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the intake and on-boarding of new clients to the Client Management System, distribution of service agreements and support plans to all relevant parties, roster coordination of support workers to clients and other general administration duties including, invoicing, processing payments, petty cash and reconciliation.

This is a 12-month fixed term full-time role, with the possibility of extension or ongoing contract and we are also  open to considering part-time (4 days a week). We offer a hybrid model of working with 2 days based in the office and the remainder working from home.

If you’re polite, friendly, can take initiative and have a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Skills & Experience

You will have previous demonstrated experience within an Administration role, preferably within Aged Care / Disability or Community Services sector. Furthermore, you will be tech savvy using all MS Office suites, have high attention to detail and excellent time management & communication expertise. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously or and within a team.


  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • Relevant flu vaccination for 2022 and COVID-19 vaccination including 3rd booster
