About the role

In this critical role you will draw upon your warm customer skills to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership team within At Home Aged Care at VMCH. Using your excellent organisational skills, you will provide operational support in the development and launch of new services and business development activities that encompass the growing demands of the At Home Aged Care business unit. Using your industry knowledge, you will also provide support in conducting research and analysis activities under the guidance of the At Home Aged Care General Manager.


About you

You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. No two days will look the same, so you’ll be flexible in your approach and be open to any changes coming your way. You are savvy in your dealings with confidential information and are confident to work under pressure.

In addition to your experience in a similar role, you will also possess the following:

  • Previous administration experience to senior management or in a project management space is essential
  • Accurate and quick data entry skills, able to work with deadlines and strong ability to multitask
  • Experience in managing time effectively, prioritising daily tasks and other requests
  • Experience in conducting industry and/or market research and analysis
  • Experience working in the aged care and/or health care sector
  • Current Valid Driver’s License
