About the role

In this critical role you will draw upon your warm customer skills to provide high-level administrative support to the At Home Aged Care Team at VMCH. Using your excellent organisational skills, you will liaise with staff, clients, and families within the VMCH community to oversee the administrative requirements of our Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program clients, Allied Health Services and Short-term Restorative Care clients.

You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, fun and fast paced environment. We’re always adapting and improving, so you’ll be flexible in your approach and be open to any changes coming your way.

In addition to your experience in a similar role, you will also possess the following:

• Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or previous administration experience and customer service skills is essential
• Accurate and quick data entry skills, able to work with deadlines and strong ability to multitask
• Experience in managing time effectively, prioritising daily tasks and other requests
• Experience in the use of Carelink or a similar program
• Experience working with Aged Care clients, home care packages and Medicare claiming
