About the role
The Behavioural Support Practitioner focuses on providing individualised positive behaviour support services for young people and adults who are living with a disability and NDIS participants.
This role will provide direct specialist assessment and intervention services including functional behaviour assessment, writing and development of behaviour support plans and discipline specific assessments and interventions.
This position is based from our Wantirna site with regular travel required throughout Melbourne and surrounds as well as providing Telehealth support.
