About the role
The Client Engagement Liaison will work closely with the Admissions Manager to ensure optimal occupancy rates across all VMCH Aged Care Residences.
This will be achieved through developing strong relationships, building on leads, and positioning yourself as a credible brand ambassador to increase the profile and reputation of VMCH with relevant Health Care channels. In addition, the Client Engagement Liaison will seek out opportunities to present VMCH as a Residential Aged Care preferred provider to referrers within heath care and social work networks.

You are the epitome of a people-person and can easily to build strong relationships due to your energy and enthusiasm. You have a strong work ethic and will go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcomes for both your team and your clients. Having previously worked in a sales role, you’re no stranger to a challenge and have the sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and achieve business growth targets. You would also understand that working in sales can sometimes be an emotional rollercoaster and that maintaining a positive approach is essential to your success. You take pride in your personal brand, which you have built by diligently following up with customers, being reliable and displaying empathy.
