About the role
The Client Liaison Officer position at VMCH is all about providing exceptional customer service. You will assist clients and their families to ensure they have access to the supports and services they require. It is a fast-paced and varied role, managing phone calls and emails, authorising services, and triaging calls. The Client Liaison Officer is an integral part of the Home Care Packages team, representing the first, and sometimes only, port of call for our consumers.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to solve problems and use your initiative, a track record of building effective relationships, and a commitment to providing high quality customer service.
You are patient, have a flexible mindset, can prioritise effectively and delegate or deal-with as required.
