About the role

As the Learning & Development Delivery Consultant you will provide expert facilitation of blended learning solutions (face-to-face, distance, eLearning and assessments) that build the capabilities of VMCH employees. You will be responsible for the delivery of general and clinical training programs in a standard and consistent framework and contribute to the evaluation and maintenance of programs to ensure information remains relevant and programs are designed for maximum benefit and impact.

 

About you

You have recent experience in developing and conducting instructor-led training programs, both live and via webcast, and assist instructional designer in developing courseware. You are natural people-person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders. You have well-developed time management and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise key tasks, to ensure outcomes are delivered within agreed timeframes. 

 

Key requirements

  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
