About the role

In this critical role, you will provide care-related support to older clients in their own homes so that they can continue living as independently as possible. You will also provide administrative support to our friendly office-based team, giving you an entry point into a future administrative or rostering position.

A standard day for you may look like:

Morning: Supporting clients in their home with personal care, showering and other care related support.

Afternoon: Office-based assistance with a variety of tasks that may include, answering incoming calls, processing invoices, supporting rostering, mail outs etc.


About you

Given your experience as a Support Worker in a previous role, you already know that you have a passion for working with elderly people and their families.  Ideally, you will also have experience caring for people with specific care needs, including dementia and challenging behaviours.

I don’t suppose you speak a language other than English, do you?  That would be awesome, as our Support Workers are often working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

You have a flexible approach to your work and the ability to work remotely and autonomously, often without direct supervision. You are also looking for an opportunity to expand your current skill set to other career opportunities, such as office-based work within the Business Support, Rostering or Customer Service units.



  • Minimum Cert III Individual Support / Home & Community Care / Aged Care or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003)
  • Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID001)
  • Relevant and current vaccination status (both 3 Covid and Influenza)
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence & reliable, roadworthy vehicle suitable for transporting clients with full comprehensive insurance
