About the role 

If you would love to work in a luxury independent retirement living environment and have strong customer service skills, then this could be the role for you!

The Concierge provides a range of services to our residents and their friends, family, and visitors. Working as part of a friendly, close-knit team, your role will include:

  • Attending to requests from residents, such as coordinating maintenance issues, collecting pharmacy prescriptions, arranging taxis, assisting with medical and other lifestyle needs
  • Maintaining common areas in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning in a timely fashion
  • Assisting with in-house events and functions
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and overnight, across the week. 


About you

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy providing outstanding customer service.  You’re a team player who’s always happy to help your colleagues and go the extra mile to make our residents smile! You have a friendly, outgoing personality and can-do attitude.  You are self-motivated, well-developed time management skills and can work unsupervised when required.
