About the role

In this newly developed role, you will use your excellent storytelling skills to produce high quality content in a range of mediums and across multiple channels to engage with our diverse range of audiences. This role allows you to draw on your strategic and creative skills. No two days will be the same, as you’ll be out interviewing staff, clients, residents, and their families, developing and editing video content, taking beautiful photographs of events and people, and also putting your wordsmith skills to the test to craft snappy social media captions as well as long-form written content.  

 

About you

You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, fun and dynamic environment.

You love the challenge of creating content out of seemingly nothing. With your strong eye for detail, you can instantly pickup when someone has used a colon instead of a semicolon. You notice a cupboard door open in the back of a photo and will fix it before it’s too late.

No matter what comes your way, you can handle it! You’re flexible in your approach and thrive in an environment that lets you innovate and create content that meets objectives.

In addition to your experience in a similar role, you will also possess the following:

• Ability to maximise content and repurpose across digital channels – take an existing interview or piece of content and turn it into social posts, video content, Reels, Stories, blog articles, infographics, case studies, ebooks etc.
• Experience developing engaging and performance-driven social media posts and stories on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok.
• A background in planning, capturing, and editing video and photography content.
• A passion for getting ‘out and about’ and meeting people face-to-face to create content that accurately represents them
• Understanding of SEO and experience with CMS - writing and publishing website content including news and blog articles.
• Good writing skills for short and long form content, and the ability to take technical and difficult content and make it user friendly.
• Experience interviewing people from all walks of life and making them feel comfortable.
• Ability to analyse performance in Google Analytics and the native platform analytics to generate insights and craft recommendations to inform your content strategies.

While aged care or disability service experience would be great, what’s more important is that you want to help to make a difference to our customers and prospective customers lives.
