About the role

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 / Power Apps Engineer to provide technical and functional support for MS Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and SharePoint. You’ll handle end-to-end project delivery, development, and customisation of solutions, as well as collaborate with vendors and manage SharePoint environments. Deliver top-tier project management to ensure initiatives are completed on time and within budget, while expertly planning and reporting against key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and customise solutions using Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom scripts.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other business systems.
• Ensure performance, security, and troubleshoot issues in Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Manage user access and provide training to end-users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

About you 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, and SharePoint administration.
• Strong skills in coding, customisation, and integration within Dynamics 365 and PowerApps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile environments is desirable.
