About the role
VMCH is seeking 2 x Graduate Physiotherapists to join our multi-disciplinary team within At-Home Aged Care in Wantirna. This full-time ongoing position is perfect for a confident and positive graduate who wants to join an organisation who lives by their strong values to help strengthen our community.
As a VMCH Physiotherapist you will provide allied health support to our aged clients to remain independent within their home and community. You will adopt an approach to working with clients that is goal orientated and one of wellness, reablement and capacity building which involves working with clients and their support networks to maximise their independence and quality of life.
