About the role 

Supporting a large, multi-disciplinary workforce, you will provide timely and efficient first level service and support in relation to all areas of the employment life cycle. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding and offboarding employees, completing contracts of employment and changes to employment arrangements, responding to routine queries relating to applications and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

 

About you

You have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through training and experience. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to solve problems and use your initiative, a track record of building effective relationships, and a commitment to providing high quality customer service. Working in a high-volume environment and managing competing tasks concurrently is a breeze for you due to your flexible approach to work and ability to effectively prioritise.
