About the role

VMCH has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a HR Business Partner. This role is responsible for providing quality HR services to a designated portfolio to support the achievement of business objectives. Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role will ensure the implementation of HR strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures across the business. You will provide coaching and advice to our managers on best practice people management, supporting them to effectively manage conduct and performance issues and change management initiatives.

 About you

•  A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated Human Resource experience in a similar role
• Strong ER/IR knowledge and case management experience 
• High level capacity in the use of HR Information Systems
• Ability to act with discretion and handle confidential information
• Proven ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in a collaborative and consultative manner
• Experience managing a high volume of diverse, complex and sensitive ER cases
• The ability to anticipate and tailor style and approach to suit audience
• Excellent written, verbal, influencing and interpersonal skills

 Requirements

• Valid Victorian Drivers License
• Australian National Police Check
• Victorian Working with Children’s Check
• Evidence of 2022 flu vaccination and COVID-19 Vaccinations
