About the role 

As the Information Management Officer, you will oversee the development and implementation of both the records/document management framework and the business classification scheme framework.  You will conduct document coordination activities, including the maintenance of records and their distribution, using both electronic and hard copy document management procedures, processes and systems.


About you

You are analytical in your approach and can accurately interpret and classify information. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, which allow you to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Having previously worked in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you have no trouble managing you time to effectively meet the demands of competing priorities.



  • Previous experience working in the field of information management
  • Working knowledge of information technology and electronic document management systems
  • An understanding of records and archives legislation, regulatory compliance frameworks and best practice standards
  • Ability to establish and maintain Business Classification Schemes
