About the role

We are seeking two skilled and motivated M365 / Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team for a 6-month fixed term position. 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Microsoft 365 infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

We work in the service industry – delivering high quality aged care, disability, retirement and education services to over 9,000 Victorians. Go home each day knowing you’ve made a difference in people’s lives by joining a values-oriented team, committed to helping improve the lives of others.

About you 

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Azure experience, enabling them to solve complex challenges while providing exceptional support. Responsibilities include administering M365 services, improving IT infrastructure.  

Skills and Experience required

  • Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities for automation and integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune
  • Proven experience in Azure and M365 administration
  • Exchange online & email domain management
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • Privileged Identity Management
  • Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (Azure as a key focus) and Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Office 365)
  • Experience with Entra ID & MFA
  • Sound working knowledge with IT hardware and Device Management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
