About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to help us drive high-impact marketing campaigns! You’ll be working with a lively bunch of marketing, communications and sales professionals to help elevate the VMCH brand, drive engagement, promote our services and achieve lead generation and conversation targets.

We work in the service industry – delivering high quality aged care, disability, retirement and education services to over 9,000 Victorians. What you’ll do

• Campaign execution: implement integrated marketing campaign plans utilising digital and traditional media platforms.
• Content planning: design personalised customer journeys to identify/solve consumer pain points and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Content development: supported by our comms team, build core content and collateral that articulates our value proposition.
• Marketing automation: help us deliver targeted campaigns and messaging via our marketing automation platform.
• Digital marketing: plan, produce and schedule inspiring content across multiple channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, email, SMS, web content, blogs, videos, memes, live steams, information sessions and more.
• Events marketing: work in partnership with the wider team to plan and organise promotional, social and industry events.
• Performance tracking and reporting: measure insights, evaluate what’s working (and what isn’t) and provide regular reporting to the wider business.
• Business support: provide support to the management team and other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in marketing/communications/business or comparable experience.
• Three+ years’ experience in a marketing, content or campaign role.
• Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing strategy and tactics.
• Adept in managing large and multi-faceted projects while being creative with limited resources.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage your workload in a fast-paced, campaign environment within a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong customer focus and high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop positive relationships within and outside the organisation.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress).
