About the role

As our Partnerships & Private Services Manager you will be responsible for private and partnership clientele growth and retention.

You will use your extensive experience in aged home care to establish and maintain strong client referral channels to support business growth targets in line with the Home Care and VMCH strategic plan.

 

About you

You will have experience and a track record of success in business development, relationship management and sales within a service industry. In addition, you will have extensive experience in aged home care, including working knowledge of HCP, CHSP and STRC.

Your well-developed prioritisation and organisational skills will be essential to achieving objectives and milestones within agreed timeframes, as will your ability to lead, motivate and engage with staff.

You understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service, which you achieve through your outstanding interpersonal skills, effective communication, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

 

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Health, Business Management, Business Administration, Project/Change Management, or a related discipline
  • Current Valid Driver’s Licence
