About the role

We are looking for a flexible and fun person to join the VMCH Disability Allied Health team as a Receptionist. You will play a fundamental role in providing support to the team, our clients and their families. You will be the face of VMCH and ensure that our clients and visitors are greeted in a warm and friendly manner, as well as being responsible for a wide range of duties including; front of house reception, site management for the premises occupied by a variety of VMCH Disability services, plus business support and administration responsibilities.

This is initially a 12-month parental leave position working 4 days a week at our offices based in Camberwell.

If you’re polite, friendly, can take initiative and have a fantastic ‘can do’ attitude along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is the perfect opportunity for you! 

Skills & Experience  

You will have previous demonstrated experience within a Receptionist / Administration role, preferably within Aged Care / Disability or Community Services sector. Furthermore, you will be tech savvy using all MS Office suites, have high attention to detail and excellent time management & communication expertise. You will thrive working autonomously and within a team environment.

Requirements

  • Current valid Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • Relevant flu vaccination for 2022 and COVID-19 vaccination including 3rd booster
