About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and deliver exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will use your professional expertise and collaborative approach to meet residents’ daily care needs while supporting their independence. You will also provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

About you 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, supported by relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as an RN
  • Proven ability to assess aged care residents and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Sound knowledge of Commonwealth, State/Territory legislation and best-practice nursing standards
  • Ability to maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC requirements, Work Health & Safety, food safety, and other regulatory obligations
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively and compassionately with residents, families, staff, and volunteers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to client-focused care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in information technology, including well-developed skills in MS Office
