About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated Registered Nurses, your focus will be to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents to meet their daily care needs by demonstrating professional and collaborative practice and providing supervision and direction to Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) whilst ensuring they are empowered to do as much as they can for themselves.
Furthermore, if you are a Level 2 or 3 RN, you may also undertake the role of RN in-charge in the absence of the Care Manager or Residential Services Manager.
We are seeking staff who can work various shifts on permanent part time basis at St Bernadette's Aged Care facility in Sunshine North. St St Bernadette's Aged Care is a vibrant, culturally diverse and caring community 81-rooms and 9 Memory Support rooms.
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse, with relevant qualification and experience.
The successful incumbent will need to be flexible and available to work across the day, afternoon and evening shifts.
