About the role

As a Residential Support Worker (RSW), you will provide personalised quality care and support to our VMCH residents who live in a shared supported accommodation based in Endeavour Hills.

We currently have a need for ongoing permanent part-time RSWs who can work AM / PM and / or Active Nights on a range of shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Requirements

You will hold a Certificate IV in Disability and have demonstrated experience working with and providing person-centered care to people with a disability and / or additional needs. You will also have:

• Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR Certificate 
• Current valid Driver’s License
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current flu vaccination and COVID-19 including 3rd booster
• Knowledge of and respect for the rights and choices of clients and their families
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
