About the role?
Do you have recent experience working as a Roster Coordinator within the Aged Care or Disability sector? Do you thrive in a role where you exercise your high attention to detail and strong organisational skills? If you answered with a resounding YES, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Reporting to the Rostering Team Leader, you will join an established and experienced team of Roster Coordinators responsible for the allocation of shifts to our Disability Support Workers (DSW) within a range of programs including; Direct Care Supports, Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA), Respite Care and Community Connections.
This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday. We also offer a hybrid model of working with a combination of working from home and from our offices based in Wantirna.
You will have proven experience in a similar rostering role within the Aged Care or Disability Sector. You enjoy working autonomously and within a team and have a positive and proactive attitude. Furthermore, you thrive working in a role where you exercise your high attention to detail and strong organisational skills in a busy and fast paced environment. You will also have demonstrated experience using a rostering system / database (i.e. CareLink, Procura, TCM or Goldcare) to match appropriately skilled care staff to clients to deliver services in line with their care plan.
