About the role

We have a vacancy for a dedicated Administration Officer to join our Disability Services team in Ararat.  This role provides Administrative Support to ensure efficient management of the office creating a welcoming environment, following up on client communications, rostering and maintaining the Client Management System.

This is a full-time role reporting to the Team Leader.

About you

You will be an experienced Administration Assistant with excellent customer service, communication, attention to detail and organisational skills.   

You will be

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
