About the role 

Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath looking to make a difference? We’re seeking an Allied Health Professional to join our welcoming and supportive team, assisting our residents.

Your focus will be:

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred services to residents, including comprehensive assessments and development of goal-oriented treatment and care plans.
  • Conduct manual handling assessments, prescribe appropriate equipment, and prepare detailed clinical reports.
  • Review residents with changed behaviors, focusing on physical well-being and addressing unmet needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews for residents with pressure injuries or at risk, assessing equipment needs and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team for effective interventions.
  • Provision of group exercise classes and individualised program as required to suit the residents’ needs in accordance with ANACC

About you

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated self‑starter who is keen to grow their career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need:

  • Bachelor of appropriate Allied Health field with current AHPRA registration
  • Expertise in assessment and the ability to design appropriate treatment programs and ensure the delivery of the program
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with managers, residents, clinical and administration staff
  • High level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to work both autonomously and within a team 
  • Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week
