About the role

Experienced Barista required to join the team at ‘Where is my Coffee’ an Innovative Social Enterprise Café supporting people with disability to grow their job skills and independence in a real-life work environment.   This is a causal position reporting to the Café Team Leader.    

About you

Your Barista skills will be outstanding!  You will have previous experience in hospitality, as a barista and Café food and beverage preparation and presentation,  your customer service skills will exemplary!!  Previous experience working in the Disability Sector highly regarded.

This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for a hospitality professional to grow into another industry.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Experience as a barista and food preparation and presentation
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Current Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Evidence of relevant vaccinations including flu vaccination & COVID
• Victorian Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Screening Check and Valid Victorian Driver’s License.
