About the Role

As a Casual Community Support Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to help clients maintain independence and quality of life.

  • Flexible casual hours (minimum 15-20 hours per fortnight)
  • Availability required for at least two weekdays between 7am–6pm
  • Support clients across regional Victoria, including Wangaratta, Benalla, Killawarra, Oxley and surrounding areas

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings

About you

You are passionate about caring for older members of our community and making a real difference in their everyday lives. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in reaching their independence goals.

  • A big heart and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or related field 
  • Valid driver's licence
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Current Police Check
