The position
As a Community Support Assistant, you will provide personalised care and support to ageing clients within their homes and community.
The role focuses on helping clients maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life through assistance with daily living activities, social support, personal care, domestic assistance, and transport services where required.

What’s required
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, client-focused approach.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and supporting client independence.
- Team-focused and supportive of colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to client needs.
- Current National Police Check and Australian work rights.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle (comprehensive).
- Commitment to compliance, mandatory training, and VMCH values.
