The position

The Resident Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalised service experience to residents and their guests. Acting as a trusted point of contact, the Concierge assists with day-to-day lifestyle, hospitality, and service requests while ensuring residents feel welcomed, supported, and valued.

The role requires a professional, discreet, proactive, and service-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate resident needs, coordinate requests efficiently, and respond calmly and appropriately in emergency situations.

Please note the shifts for this position are

Friday 5.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm - 8.00am sleepover 8.00am – 10.00am reception Saturday.

Saturday 6.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm-8.00am sleepover 8.00am -10.00am reception Sunday

The responsibilities

• Attend to concierge request and hospitality requirements of the residents and various admin duties 
• Assisting with food and beverage service in the café and at events - on occasion

• Excellent customer service skill and attention to detail
• Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR
