About the role

The primary role of the Concierge is to assist residents with their day-to-day requests attending to lifestyle and hospitality requests, arranging transport, assisting with medical requirements.  You will ensure excellent presentation of the common areas, arranging repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning. You will also assist with food and beverage service in a variety of settings assisting with in-house functions and events

Please note the shifts for this position are

Friday 5.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm - 8.00am sleepover 8.00am – 10.00am reception Saturday.

Saturday 6.00pm – 9.00pm reception 9.00pm-8.00am sleepover 8.00am -10.00am reception Sunday

About you

  • Experience in a customer service, concierge, or reception role, preferably within a hospitality setting.
  • A positive attitude, friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Food and table service, barista and bar service experience required

Requirements

  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • First Aid Level 2 Certificate and CPR
