About the role 

The Concierge provides a range of services to our residents and their friends, family, and visitors. Working as part of a friendly, close-knit team, your role will include:

  • Attending to requests from residents, such as coordinating maintenance issues, assisting with deliveries such as drycleaning, groceries and pharmacy prescriptions, arranging taxis and tickets to cultural events, responding to medical emergency calls, and other lifestyle needs.
  • Maintaining common areas in a neat and tidy manner, reporting any requirements for repairs, maintenance and/or special cleaning in a timely fashion
  • Assisting with in-house events and set up for private functions.
  • Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

We are looking for someone to work primarily from 10am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday on a job share fortnightly arrangement. Additional flexibility to work other shifts across the week in the event of staff leave would be highly regarded. Current CPR & First Aid will be required, or training undertaken.

 

About you

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy providing outstanding customer service.  You’re a team player who’s always happy to help your colleagues and go the extra mile to make our residents smile! You have a friendly, outgoing personality and can-do attitude.  You are self-motivated, well-developed time management skills and can work unsupervised. Experience in office administration would be valuable in this role.
