About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to help us drive high-impact digital marketing campaigns! This is a 12-month paternity leave cover position where you’ll be working with a lively bunch of marketing, communications, and sales professionals to help elevate the VMCH brand, drive engagement, promote our services, and achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

Based in Melbourne, we offer hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. We’re in a terrific city location with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping, cafes and bars nearby.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver digital marketing campaigns across aged care, home care, retirement living, and disability services to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate and create content for social media and SEM campaigns, including video production and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to implement digital marketing strategies and keep website content accurate and relevant.
  • Manage CRM automation journeys including segmentation, A/B testing, and creative development to support digital transformation.
  • Assist with CRM enhancements that support the organisation’s long-term digital and transformation strategy.
  • Work closely with developers to enhance CRM functionality and train users on best practices.
  • Monitor performance and market trends, identifying opportunities to improve digital activity and ensure brand consistency.
  • Provide business support to the management team and other related duties as assigned.

 

About you:

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications/business or comparable experience.
  • Five+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Understand and demonstrate experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and website UX/UI
  • Marketing automation and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, Facebook insights and Google Ad metrics.
  • Understand marketing principals, practice and strategy, including segmentation, identifying points of difference and translating this to consumer language.
  • Ability to write clearly, concisely and accurately - in line with brands voice.
  • Flexibility and multitasking with the ability to juggle many marketing activities and stakeholders while using creative and lateral thinking to solve problems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and make good marketing decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and high-level verbal communication and interpersonal skills in order to develop positive relationships within and outside the organisation.
