About the role
Experienced Team Leader required to join our Supported Disability Accommodation (SDA) facility in Alphington, all residents have an ABI. This role manages the day-to-day operations of our Accommodation Services, providing operational and people leadership to our team of Support Workers (DSWs), manages roster coordination, liaises with resident families and provides quality person centred services to residents.
Your exceptional leadership and people skills with a natural ability to listen, learn, influence and build effective relationships with your team will be key to your success in this full time role, reporting to the Manager.
About you:
To be successful in this role ideally your background will be as a Team Leader in supported accommodation services ideally in the disability sector. Your exceptional leadership and people skills allows you to build effective relationships, you will be an outstanding communicator. Your time management, teamwork and collaboration skills will be first class to provide the level of care required.
