About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll provide high‑quality domestic cleaning services that support clients to live independently, safely and with dignity in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General household cleaning such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living areas
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic home environment
• Working respectfully within clients’ homes and following individual preferences
• Using safe cleaning practices, equipment and products
• Building positive, friendly relationships with clients

About you

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals who genuinely value the opportunity to support older Australians in living independently and with dignity in their own homes. If you believe kindness and connection can change lives, we’d love to hear from you. 

You will bring:

• Experience in home or commercial cleaning (desirable, not essential)
• Current Victorian Driver’s licence, up to date car insurance
• Ability to follow a set task list for each client
• Capacity to perform home care tasks adequately and within guidelines
• Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificates
• Willingness to obtain a Police check
