About the Role

As a Casual Domestic Assistant, you will provide practical home support such as cleaning, tidying and meal preparation to help clients maintain a safe, comfortable living environment and their independence.

  • Flexible casual hours (minimum 20 hours per fortnight)
  • Availability required for at least two weekdays between 7am–6pm
  • Support clients across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, including Craigieburn, Roxburgh Park, and surrounding areas.

Here's what you will be doing:

  • Supporting clients with everyday household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment—this includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and doing laundry
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Offering companionship 
  • Observing and reporting any changes in client wellbeing or concerns promptly

About you

Essentials 

  • Current Victorian Driver’s License, up to date car insurance (comprehensive or 3rd party)
  • Ability to follow a set task list for each client
  • Capacity to perform home care tasks adequately and within guidelines
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
