The Role
The Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Engineer is responsible for the support, configuration and ongoing development of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with a strong focus on business process automation using Power Automate. The role ensures stable day-to-day operations while delivering workflow automation, system enhancements, and integration support that improve efficiency, data quality and user experience. Please note this role is required to be onsite 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and customise solutions to meet business requirements using Dynamics/Power Automate tools
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom scripts to enhance CRM functionality and provide process improvements
• Work with the integration team to integrate Microsoft Dynamics, including customisation within Dynamics.
• Troubleshoot flow failures, connector issues, and performance problems
• Manage and maintain Dynamics environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patching.
• Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the Dynamics suite of applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Collaborate across the Technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives
Selection Criteria
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in CRM Dynamics development, and Power Automate development and management
• Expertise in CRM Dynamics coding, customization, and integration
• Proficiency in building and managing Power Automate solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Desirable:
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript and Python
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)
• Experience building AI Agents
