About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to residents, ensuring every dining experience is enjoyable.  You will ensure the presentation of the dining facilities and food is exceptional, welcoming diners and delivering attentive table service.   This role reports to the Food and Beverage Team Leader.   

About you 

You will present yourself professionally and warmly, helping to create a welcoming dining environment and supporting food and beverage service tailored to individual needs.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in food service, café or hospitality roles
  • A genuine interest in customer care
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) qualification or willingness to obtain
  • A natural warmth and genuine love for customer service
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

What you'll do: 

  • Deliver professional, friendly and attentive service
  • Maintain the café food and beverage offer
  • Ensure dining areas are spotless, safe and inviting
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive, close-knit team

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a retirement living environment.
