About the role

We’re looking for a HR graduate to join VMCH in the People Services Team. The role involves maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with HR projects across various HR Information Systems.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support HR processes, ensuring compliance with VMCH requirements.
• Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
• Review and prepare employment contracts and changes.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.

About you 

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
