About the Role
We’re looking for a HR graduate to join VMCH in the People Services Team. The role involves maintaining employee records, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with HR projects across various HR Information Systems. As part of the People Services Team, you will:
• Maintain accurate employee records across various HR Information Systems
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with VMCH policies
• Prepare and review employment contracts and employment changes
• Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Support HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (preferred), Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
