About the role

As the Infrastructure Lead, you will be the primary technology expert in planning, supporting and troubleshooting any issues with VMCH’s infrastructure systems.

You will be responsible for managing BAU tasks as well as driving projects to successful outcomes and ensuring that infrastructure is built and operated in a manner that provides the availability, performance, and security necessary for VMCH to manage and grow.

About you

You have at least 5 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Infrastructure Engineer role and exceptional planning and project management skills.

You demonstrate a commitment to understanding customer needs and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer outcomes.

You are an analytical thinker with a commonsense approach to solving problems and resolving issues in a complex environment. You are a strong team player, and you manage your time effectively to meet competing demands.

In addition, you have experience with:

• OSI stack from layer 1 physical cabling to layer 2 switch configuration
• Advanced Active Directory or Azure Directory Services
• Managing or deploying VMWare Infrastructure across geographically redundant data centre locations
