About the role

As a Learning Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our teams across Disability Services and Accommodation by designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps, improve performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

 

About you

You are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting the learning and development of others.

In addition, you possess the following:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Certificate IV in Disability Services
  • Previous experience working in disability services, ideally within a learning and development role
  • Working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Capability Framework
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities, preferably within aged or community care settings
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods
  • Experience in customer service and associated soft skills training delivery
