About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse-educator or clinical trainer to make a real impact at scale. The role will deliver training to our Home Care division and based at our Mulgrave office with travel to sites as required. 

As a Learning Business Partner, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your passion for teaching to design and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that uplift and empower our workforce across aged care and disability services.

You won’t just deliver training—you’ll shape capability, improve care outcomes, and inspire excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver interactive, clinically relevant training sessions that resonate with frontline staff and leaders
  • Translate your nursing knowledge into engaging learning experiences, including workshops, simulations, and e-learning
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and drive capability uplift
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and best-practice care across all VMCH sites

 What You Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment 
  • A strong clinical background in any sector
  • Experience delivering training, mentoring, or supporting staff development
  • Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected across a diverse organisation
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and modern training methods
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
