About the role

As a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for L&OD inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support to staff and stakeholders
  • Administration: Coordinate and schedule training sessions, manage logistics, maintain accurate training records, and prepare reports
  • Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices
  • Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources

 

About you

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement
