What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage site inductions for all subcontractors – safety first!
  • Coordinate and conquer all reactive maintenance jobs like a professional
  • Monitor asset downtime and get critical equipment back online before anyone notices it’s gone.
  • Juggle relationships with internal teams, contractors, and our wonderful residents
  • Deliver top-notch, customer-focused facilities support with a smile.
  • Ensure all work is done safely, by the book, and with the right gear.
  • Review invoices and reports like a boss – because every dollar counts.
  • Keep an eye on maintenance budgets and make sure we’re getting bang for our buck.
  • Conduct condition audits and keep our asset management system up to date.
  • Spot issues before they become problems – your eagle eyes are appreciated!
  • Work closely with our operations Manager to keep everything on track.
  • Build strong relationships with Team Leaders, Service Managers, contractors, suppliers, and residents.
  • Be the friendly face of maintenance – approachable, reliable, and ready to help.
