What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage site inductions for all subcontractors – safety first!
- Coordinate and conquer all reactive maintenance jobs like a professional
- Monitor asset downtime and get critical equipment back online before anyone notices it’s gone.
- Juggle relationships with internal teams, contractors, and our wonderful residents
- Deliver top-notch, customer-focused facilities support with a smile.
- Ensure all work is done safely, by the book, and with the right gear.
- Review invoices and reports like a boss – because every dollar counts.
- Keep an eye on maintenance budgets and make sure we’re getting bang for our buck.
- Conduct condition audits and keep our asset management system up to date.
- Spot issues before they become problems – your eagle eyes are appreciated!
- Work closely with our operations Manager to keep everything on track.
- Build strong relationships with Team Leaders, Service Managers, contractors, suppliers, and residents.
- Be the friendly face of maintenance – approachable, reliable, and ready to help.
