About the role
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a Tertiary Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration to join our team. As a physiotherapist, you will work with aging populations in the community setting, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing best practice services to promote independence and positive health outcomes.
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- Tertiary Physiotherapy qualification with AHPRA registration
- Experience in working with the aging population in the community
- Ability to conduct standardised assessments and develop goal-oriented care plans
- Knowledge of complex conditions impacting the elderly
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders
- Proficient in report writing and documentation
- Valid driver's license, Police Check, and rights to work in Australia
- Knowledge of funding streams like CHSP and HCP
