About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a roadmap to meet the new Aged Care Quality Standards in Australia. This role is key to ensuring compliance by July 2025 and assisting staff and stakeholders in adapting to regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a project roadmap to achieve compliance by July 2025.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align with the new standards.
  • Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate staff training and establish monitoring systems for progress.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and promote continuous improvement.

About you 

  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience, ideally in aged care or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and Australian regulations.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
