We’ve been in operation for over a century providing in home, residential aged care, retirement living, disability services and specialist education, we have over 50 locations, 2,600 employees, over 600 volunteers and provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are looking for a IT Project manager to come on board for full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects that support the organisation’s strategic objectives and operational improvements while also delivering on time, within scope, and budget.
This role works closely with stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, meet business needs, and align with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning Scheduling & Delivery
- Assist with managing budgets, timelines and reporting
- Maintain accurate and project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, risk logs, and change registers
- Manage all stakeholders and vendors in and outside the organization
- Prepare, manage and tack budgets, schedule and deliverables
- Develop and execute change management plans, and ensure smooth transition
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong capability around project management and delivery
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to influence and negotiate when necessary to meet the objectives
- Strong understanding of full SDLC and various systems
- Experience using Microsoft project and suits.
- Experience with Jira, Azure or similar platforms
- Experience working in Agile or Prince 2 methodology.
