As a VMCH Registered Nurse in charge, you will ensure consistently delivered high standards of personalised nursing care to our residents, demonstrate professional and collaborative practice and provide supervision and direction to RN, EENs & PCAs.

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and self-motivated Registered Nurse in charge, your focus will be to ensure the provision of high-quality care to our residents to meet their daily care needs by demonstrating professional and collaborative practice and providing supervision and direction to Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants and staff, whilst ensuring they are empowered to do as much as they can for themselves.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse, with relevant qualification and experience.
The successful incumbent will need to commit to the below schedule:
Week 1
Sunday, 10.00pm to – 7.30am
Week 2
Monday & Tuesday from 10.00pm to 7.30am
Please note 14th of October is week 2 to assist with the above work pattern.
