About the role

At VMCH we employ over 1700 dedicated staff across our 14 aged care residences.  Having the right number of people in the right places at the right times to ensure our residents receive the best possible care can be tricky business!!

That’s why we need an experienced rostering superstar to join the team at our Wantirna aged care residence.

You will use your rostering expertise to:

In addition, you will oversee the reception area and provide support and guidance to other sites, including training of new administration officers, with regards to best-practice rostering.

About you

We’d love it if you already have knowledge of AN-ACC funding and the aged care industry, but it’s not a deal breaker if you don’t.  What we do need, is someone with previous rostering experience, who can work in a complex, fast-paced environment, and has outstanding problem solving and decision making skills.
