About the role

As the Retirement+ Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, management, and coordination of our Retirement+ program, which provides a range of services and activities to enhance the wellbeing and independence of our retirement living residents.

Once the program is operational, you will manage a small team of service members to ensure the services provided to residents are consistently high-quality, fit for purpose, scheduled efficiently, and cost effective.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Experience in managing and delivering programs or services.
  • A passion for enhancing the lifestyles of residents within VMCH communities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work coupled with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  • A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel between sites as required.
